I am very sorry that I got the visa for permanent residence in Canada. I will leave China about mid August this year so I planed to leave our company on mid July. I will submit my resignation to HR maybe in weeks. Then I will still work for one month here before leave our company.
In fact I don't know how it really be but like to try a new life, no matter how bad the economy would be in north American nowadays.^_^ To me the difficulties are not problem, I am thinking of how to quit here smoothly without any influences of our work. I got many kinds of acknowledgments from you such as upgraded to EXX in only more than X years, and the opportunity to be as the XXXXX leader, etc. Thank you very much for your trust and encouragement!!
I will try my best to arrange my job and transfer the responsibilities if there will be a successor for me. Or I will let four XXXXXXXs take their roles individually to meet our company. There are still enough time for me to arrange all these, and I will tell any information or knowledge I grasped to my XXXXXs, in fact I always encourage them to work hard for XXXX and discuss with them freely for all the problems we met.
Sorry for telling you this so late, because I just make my mind to go.
If you need anything I can do before I go, I will still work hard on it, until I leave.
