Thank you for your offer and continued efforts to change my employment status. I love to work here and enjoy the environment and people surrounding me. I strive to provide a professional and fair service to you as long as I am here.

I would like to maintain my contractor's role in your organization if this doesn't raise any concerns. I get better pays being a contractor and my family at present time needs me to bring this level of income. If/when I feel the needs to change this status, I will make sure to let you know as early as possible. In addition, I will assure you to communicate with you in great advance if I need to change companies. At this point, I don't see any needs to move around.
