Similar pricing between all three builders, however Arista Homes has won the 2017 Builder Award and so will be priced slightly higher as expected. 




So anyways, what makes this release any different from the last one you may ask. Answer is what additional features are included in your new home, and a lower deposit structure. 

Features
$20,000 Design Studio Discount (Aprox. double the amount of one builder)
Smooth Ceilings of 1st Floor (Not just area's that are "required")
Primary Granite in Kitchen and Bathroom Vanities (Previously only kitchen)
Stained Oak Hardwood on Main and 2nd Floor (This is a huge plus)
Central Air Conditioning (This was not guaranteed previously, for most is a out of pocket expense)

Deposit Structures have been lowered to 38" $175,000 / 44" $185,000, this was a slight drop from $200,000.

The Community One of the messages the sales teams will be tackling for the fall release is the new updated site plan. There has been no surprise that the housing market has now taken a turn. One of the key points is showing how areas across the GTA have reduced in home prices when the Kleinburg community has retained its house value, this will be apparent when you see the updated price lists for the community however as always open to interpretation.
