Please note the following changes that will impact your pay this year.
CPP maximum for 2019 is $,2,748.90, the rate went up from 4.95% to 5.10% of insurable earnings.
EI maximum for 2019 is $860.22, the rate went down from 1.66 to $1.62 per $100 of insurable earnings.
Yearly Maximum Pensionable Earnings for 2019 is $57,400.
PREMIUM CHANGES
LTD premium, which is a taxable benefit has decreased by 4%, this is based on your annual income.
Taxable Life premium, which is a taxable benefit has decreased by 31%, this is based on your annual income.
