On waterloo again

Jimmy, pls make your comments de-personalized.

When something is linked to MIT, it means the top brain in engineering.
Waterloo can not single itself out in Canada as MIT did in USA. I never accept that UT is the counterpart of Harvard.

The number of Turing winners is a credible standard for a CS dept. I did not know UT has one. The CS dept. of U of Michigan has three, which is
ranked around 10th position in USA. The reputation of CS dept. in Waterloo has been over-blated over years. Let forget the MIT, standford, for now. If people looks at the universities in the bordering states south of border such as UPenn, UofM, UIUC and CMU, they should have a clear picture where the CS in watreloo
should be. It is in no way the dearest darling in NA IT industry.

If you know the FSF (Free Software Foundation), you should know where its founder came from.
