response to TN/H4 question below, regarding his Canadian citizen spouse, should she not be able to renew her TN at the US Port of Entry, she would need to bring the following documents to apply for H-4 Dependent processing at the border:

• Valid passport.
• Marriage Certificate.
• Copy of H1 holder Passport and most recent I-94.
• Copy of H1 holder H-1B (I-797) Approval Notice.
• An employment verification letter for H1 holder from US employer, and copies of paystubs.
