They don't like to see
the fact that others are catching on in the hi-tech field. There is vicious hatred in their heart
toward people switching to hi-tech field. This
mentality is common in chinese due to the
depressed environment and education they
have grown up in. However, my impression is that chinese with this kind of mentality are
still in a small number. More chinese are actually encouraging , open-minded people.
I saw lots of excellent chinese in San Jose, they have the charisma of being a leader as
well as the skill set of being an excellent engineer. They respect everyone, they understand the long-run benefit of trainning
juniors, they have the ability to make everybody in different skill levels shine.
