Your Fido Home Internet modem will no longer provide service after May 6, 2024.

To upgrade your internet and ensure uninterrupted internet access, call us before May 6, 2024 and we will replace it at no extra charge with a Rogers Ignite Internet modem, which means more speed for the same price you pay today, guaranteed for two years.

To receive and activate your new modem, we need your help:

	Please call us at 1-877-331-9209 before May 6, 2024.
	After confirmation, we will send you a new modem that you can plug-in and connect, with no activation fees. Your old modem can be recycled.
	If no action is taken, your Fido Home Internet modem will no longer work on May 6, 2024.
