eg, one guy working on his Microsoft MVP, he told me he worked on community support 50-60 hours per week for 2 years free to got his MVP..after got his MVP, he started his own company. Another guy I referred him 60 / hour contract back to 2008, he won't take it because he was working on his own company and he got successed.

Compare with these two, I feel shame of myself, no vision, such good opportunity from 2008 - 2023, 15 years easy money time, I did not take the risk, just stuck on contract role and feel I am smart doing such less job with so easy money..

but I missed a pig can fly to sky time becuause my lazeness and won't take risks attitudes.
