1.上一次原定开庭之前，没打算请翻译，准备自己操着蹩脚的英语，赤膊上阵。但是由于有证人，出于对证人的尊重，而临时又找不到翻译，所以请朋友出场。

2.延期开庭到6月14日，感谢大统华，有充足的时间请翻译，还是朋友帮忙，介绍了高水平的翻译，常年从事法庭口译工作。水平高，价格自然也不便宜，100+每小时。不过，一分钱一分货，尊重专业。

3.本来失业了，EI也没有，吃饭都成困难，但是，没办法，自己选的路，流不了泪，只能吃着火锅唱着歌，苦中作乐，也要干，谁叫咱不想忍气吞声，喜欢以眼还眼以牙还牙，以暴制暴呢！

4.赶紧按要求付定金。人家不愁没活干，付定金，才能把时间留出来，临时取消，也不退钱。人家说的很合理，临时取消，人家没法临时找活，公平。

5.给劳动关系委员会提交通知函，同时抄送大统华律师，完事。

The hearing for the aforementioned cases has been rescheduled for June 14, 2024. In preparation for the hearing, the applicant will be summoning witnesses who can only communicate in Mandarin. Additionally, the applicant is not fluent in English.

Following the guidelines outlined in the OLRB’s Notice to the Community – Interpretation Services, the applicant will engage a third-party ATIO-certified interpreter to ensure accurate and reliable interpretation throughout the hearing. This includes providing verbatim interpretation of each witness's testimony and facilitating communication for the applicant when necessary. The applicant has already made the required advanced payment for these services.
