本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛First of All, It's only 1.8 litre engine... No matter what technology German use, 1.8 Litre can only output certain amout of horse power. It's just like physics. The sacrifice of Lower Litre engine with Higer horse power is much Noise, namely Higher RPM.
Second Audio 1.8 is just a small-sized car which you can check out on any well-known car review website, and you have to pay over 40K (after tax) which can buy you an Acura 3.2TL(260 HorsePower, 3.2 Litre, Middle-sized family car).
As it showes above, I wanna say Audio 1.8T is at the same level with Honda Civic, of course it has much better interior, exterior, and little bit more horse power. But You can not deny they are the same-class car, and you have to pay like twice much the price as Honda Civic.
So, Audio 1.8T does NOT deserve that much.It's way too over-priced.Yep, honda is over-priced too, but it's much better than those German car, You can see this from VW Jetta as well. Full-Loaded Jetta cost my collleage 32K after tax(1.8 Litre,small-sized,Manual), and 35K(after tax) bought me Honda Accord V6 (3.0 Litre, 200 HP, middle-sized, Auto, full-loaded).
