本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛情况是：我和太太都是移民身份，小宝宝刚在国内出生20多天，准备给小孩办手续，有许多问题请教，希望有经验的朋友大力相助，让我早日见到可爱的小宝宝。
问题一、我应该是在www.cic.gc.ca上选择 Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class?
问题二、如果上面回答是yes，我应该根据Document Checklist (IMM5491) 来确保所有文档均无遗漏：
1. Application to sponsor and Undertaking (IMM 1344A). 这里的co-signer是指我太太吗？可以不需要她签名吗？
2. the Medical Condition Statement, for every dependent child included in your application who is your adoptive son or daughter; 我的小宝宝可不是adoptive的，还需要Medical Condition Statement?
3. 在Sponsored person and family members 中有许多地方不是特明白：
22. Identify and civil status documents 这是啥？
25. Proof of relationship to sponsor 这好象是国内的户口本？
26. Original of police certificates and clearances 小宝宝才20多天，哪有啥犯罪呢？ 如果必须要，是不是搞一个公证就行了？还是非得到公安局去办一个？
最后一个问题，这么大的小孩，需要办护照吗？
