You may want to post your resume in the enclosed website, however for friends that are still not in Canada, normally head hunter company or the empolyer will not call you! Because if they decide to hire you then they are responsible to pay for your over-sea relocation. Also by the labor law here, head hunter company here can not charge you for anything, they can only charge the company that is hiring you!
