Need help for new comer!! I worked for one sandwich store for one month, later I quitted because the business is slow and manager shorted my working time. Today I phoned the manager for the last cheque I should get for last 4 days work. But he refused and blamed me for drink some soft drink in his stockroom, he said I am lucky he did not report the police. I am very angry about his stupid reason, so I rush to his store and told him I would like to call police and have some lawsuit to set the dispute. My God, I never do that!!! The manager is an Indian, ugly. Anyone know something about this, please tell me. I want sue him, not for small money, but for my Chinese dignity.
