i am now studying Master program ( E.E communication) in a canada university. I have two years working experience in China. I applied CCPE two month ago, but no response up to now .
I planned to apply immigration when I arrived here(9/2001) , but my friend said it was better to wait for 6 months. so I waited. Now I realized i made a big mistake. As if i apply now, the new law will apply to my case ( i am not sure of it). It is not good for me. I can not get 80 points. What should I do now? wait unitl i graduate or just try? i am eager to some advice.
