Don't ask for mercy here, nobody would give you a job just for mercy. It's useless and harmful for your professional career.
What people repect is your professional knowledge and working experience and the reputaion you earned. Actually, they don't give a damn how much you need a job. Never forget you are a experienced professional, that's how you impress protential employer and how you get a job. You can work on your job searching skills and professional knowledge, but don't say anything make people feel you are begging. If you had any chance to talk to agent or employer, they may ask your salary expectation. Then give them a reasonable range, if they think they can't pay as much as you want, they WILL ask you to negoitate. But it all depends on wether they want you or not. If they don't think you are qualified, they WON'T even bother to negoitate your salary. OK, they want you,but they can't give what you want, then you are holding the trigger. Leave it or take it, it's upto you. It won't hurt you lower your salary expectaion at that time. But if you do it at very beginning, they will be scared away.更多精彩文章及讨论,请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
