When HRDC pays you EI, you should keep looking for job every day. You can take some related courses, but you need to get approval first regarding the following:
1)Your training hours are more than 10 hours a week although you pay off all the training fee by youself or free study courses.
2)You want to attend some training class coverd by HRDC. After you talk with HRDC counsellor and are granted, he/she will introduce some training school to you in terms of your profession, and assume this training will benefit you to find job quickly. Sometimes, you maybe required to take some tests before you enroll. How much money will HRDC cover? That depends on your family income, and deductible amount is different.
