I agree with you , at last all people fool around there are going to buy their own house, but right now the housing is over price, imagine if the BWM market price is 400k but its real price is only 300k , will you buy it or not. on another hand, "Price Down" doesn't means they do have money just like on sale at supermarket, lots of people line up to buy what they like, do you think they are poor, not , because everyone want to buy at low price. if the housing is down ( from the current trend it will be)
why not wait?
