his is the 2nd body of a woman found under similar circumstances in less than a week. A very close family friend of mine is an ems paramedic in Toronto and while he has not been called to other scene he told us (through his colleagues who were there) that both women's throats were slashed and this was the cause of death in both cases. Does Toronto have a possible serial killer who targets women in low rise apartments and slashes them to death? That's a scary thought. The police did not reveal this detail to the media about the similarities in the manner of death (throats slashed) and have not said whether or not they believe these cases are connected. If they do believe they are connected, they better not hesitate in telling the public this in what hopefully can save another potential victim before it happens.
