the southern area from the nuclear site.
Please let me explain further about this issue.

As a countermeasure regarding the nuclear issue,
Japanese aviational bureau has established a prohibited area
for flying-over with the radius of 30 kilometers.

The route for your flight is approximately 40 kilometers away
from the border of prohibited area at the closest point,
and if the radius of 30 kilometers is taken into consideration,
the total distance will be 70 kilometers away
from the actual nuclear site at Fukushima, Japan.
