这些年来看到太多的layoff了，从01年开始，我同事的一半以上都是被雷的，剩下小一半是自己走了。熟悉的场景一幕幕，最终的结果就是：不说100%， 也是90%以上被雷的同事在离开公司几年内，都混的比在公司时好的多。
