In fact, fewer parents would dare to punish their children physically because this kind of organization exists in the society. That doesn't mean everything CAS does is perfect without errors, it is to bad sometimes you just cannot avoid human errors, like didn't get the critical information on time or didn't do the background check properly, which caused the wrong decision was made based on the inaccurate information.
I believe everyone agrees something have to be done in order to improve the service at CAS, like the single system the Ontario province is implementing across the province.
