最近DOWNCREST和GREENLANE的房子都跌下来了，DOWNCREST140多万能买到好房子了，GREENLANE更是有90多万和100零几万的成交，3星期前一个RAVINE房是160多万成交的。现在出手是好时机。幸亏上次OFFER没去抢。
