You have nothing to sorry about:) ASP (Active Server Page) is a server side technology for dynamic wep pages that contains forms, search engines, etc. It is only supported by Microsoft Internet Information Server. No other web server supports it. In your case, keep it simple. Any web authoring tool mentioned here by me and other friends should work well for you. There are many free ones out there too. To get feedback from customers, you may simply provide them the company's email address. Or, to make it a little dynamic, you can use CGI. CGI can't handle large volumn of traffic, but I think it's decent for your project.
