          If you land in Quebec without reside in any other province,
          you can apply for social welfare. Otherwise, you will have to wait for one year before your application.
          My friend is studying Computer Science at McGill Univ. And his wife is studying Accounting there. They get $700 each per month! That's $1400 in total. Meanwhile, tuition is also covered.
          If you are a undergraduate student, you can apply for welfare for 9 consecutive terms. And graduate student could live this kind of easy life for 6 terms.
          It's really easy life in Montreal. How come there are so many Chinese immigrants come to Toronto as tax-payers?
