今晚的䲞鱼木瓜汤,实在是鲜美,喝了一半才想起拍照(^_^),分享一下 材料:新鲜白䲞一条,青木瓜一个 做法:白䲞两面各切几刀,撒点盐,然后姜片起油锅,两年煎至金黄,之后加热水大火滚15分钟,然后放入木瓜块,开锅后转中火再滚半小时即可。记得一定要用青木瓜和加热水。
