Open the PDF file with Photoshop 5.0+ (auto or page by page ) into bitmap files, you can print it. ( you should chose a certain bitmap reselution)

download PDF Password Recovery software which name "Apdfpr" from www.smiling.com.cn - UMLCHINA or STL小组(i forget which is the correct one) - 文件共享, or search the software in chinese website. after recover the password you can print them out.
