    一个由加拿大华商李云祥创办的网站近日在温哥华开通运行，它将为全球支持北京申奥活动的人们，开辟网上签名的园地。李先生现任加拿大商会名誉会长，随加拿大贸易代表团到中国进行商务考察。他今天在北京介绍说，他创办的这个网站是目前民间唯一申奥网站。他期望到二OO一年七月，国际奥委会投票决定之际，能取得十万人支持签名，届时他将把网上签名人的名单送交国际奥委会主席萨马兰奇，传达华侨华人爱中国的殷殷心愿。http://www.olympicsbeijing2008.com

    据世界舆论界推测，目前北京在五个申辩城市中呼声最高。但是，在这最后的冲刺阶段，任何可能性都会出现。时至今日，我们仍然为北京在申辩2000年奥运会首轮投票中以两票之差痛失良机而深感遗憾。故此，呼吁居住在全球各地的中国支持者积极投身于北京奥申，为中国申辩成功贡献一份力量。
