      • 原料: 超市里盒盒装的蛋糕粉,牛奶,creamcheese和鸡蛋。(今天是strawberry swirl cheesecake!)然后严格按照盒子背面的说明象中学做化学实验那样做就好啦。
        1. Preheat oven to 350 degree. Stir Crust Mix and margarine in pan.
        2. Beat Filling Mix, milk, eggs and cream cheese in large bowl, Spread over crust.
        3. Squeeze Strawberry Swirl puch 10 seconds. Cut off corner at cut line. Squeeze Strawberry Swirl onto filling in 4 lines, keeping ends of ines 1/2 inch from edge of pan. Draw edge of knife back and forth through lines and filling several times for swirl effect.
        4. Bake as directed below or untill puffed and light golden brown anround edge. Refrigerate untill chilled.
        • 补充一句,如果用专门打蛋糕的搅拌器搅拌4-5分钟,放在12个一盘的烤盘里烤,就更好了。
        • Bake time: 9" Metal Pie pan: 30~35 mins.

        • 请问:1.原料中creamcheese 是什么样的?2.你的步骤中的 margarine 是否只是用来扑在烤盘底部?3。creamcheese 需加热后再搅拌吗?谢谢!
          • 1) Creamcheese, 我用的是KRAFT,纸盒装的,象肥皂那么大。2)Margarine 和Crust Mix 混在一起铺底用来做壳。3)要,因为从冰箱里取出时是硬的,不用太热,化软就行啦。
            • Thanks a ton! I guess the package (baken powder one) doesn't have everything needed to a cheesecake? So we have to buy, additionally, 1.creamcheese 2.Crust Mix (what dose it look like when it's on the shelf?), and i guess we all have margarine...
              • the package I bought include: Graham Cracker Crust Mix, Filling Mix and Strawberry Swirl.
                • That sound pretty good! So only the creamcheese is not included? BTW, what's the name/brand of that package? I have the regular one but it dosen't have the mix thing. (keeping bothering you, sorry :) )
