原料: 超市里盒盒装的蛋糕粉,牛奶，creamcheese和鸡蛋。(今天是strawberry swirl cheesecake!)然后严格按照盒子背面的说明象中学做化学实验那样做就好啦。 -ely(Ely); 2001-6-21 {524} (#108498@0)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree. Stir Crust Mix and margarine in pan.
2. Beat Filling Mix, milk, eggs and cream cheese in large bowl, Spread over crust.
3. Squeeze Strawberry Swirl puch 10 seconds. Cut off corner at cut line. Squeeze Strawberry Swirl onto filling in 4 lines, keeping ends of ines 1/2 inch from edge of pan. Draw edge of knife back and forth through lines and filling several times for swirl effect.
4. Bake as directed below or untill puffed and light golden brown anround edge. Refrigerate untill chilled.

1) Creamcheese, 我用的是KRAFT，纸盒装的，象肥皂那么大。2)Margarine 和Crust Mix 混在一起铺底用来做壳。3)要，因为从冰箱里取出时是硬的，不用太热，化软就行啦。 -ely(Ely); 2001-6-21 (#108562@0)
