    From October 16 2000 on, I won't be able to answer those questions posted by guests.
    THIS IS DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL CONSTRAINTS.
    Sorry for inconvenience. However, I will continue to discuss all kinds of issues with
    those active members such as fromZtoA, Marcow, Dong, canada, quit, wingslee,......
    Also please be advised that we are a group of volunteers and we cannot offer personal assistances in most cases.

      Allowing the guest to post questions has brought us a lot of confusion. For instance,
      one guy discussed one question with us for 3 -days and suddenly changed his idenity into guest and continued to his discussion. ...
      This is a virtual world. We don't want to know anybody's true identity but we still mant to make things go on in a consistent manner.
