    以下是网上一个非华人的review。 他/她目睹了诊所对华人的冷漠， 对非华人的热情。 连老外都看不下去了。

    I'd bump the ratings to 5 Stars IF the receptionist was more polite. Her attitude is just the worst I have seen. If you are speaking English her attitude is fine and she'll give you a smile and act all nice. But once she sees you are an Asian that speaks Chinese or Mandarin her attitude is just plain out right rude. I was sitting there waiting to to have my eyes checked and this old lady in her 60s walks into the place and told the receptionist her name and has an appointment at 12:00. The receptionist just goes "GIVE ME YOUR HEALTH CARD", no emotions, no replies and just checks the old lady in then just slams the health card onto the table. Then told her to sit and wait. Exactly 2 minutes later another old lady that clearly speaks English comes in she gives her this warm smile and had a small chit chat with her and told her the doctor should be about 15-20 minutes. This second lady that came in is clearly a new patient because she had to fill in some forms so the receptionist didn't know her at all. Throughout the 2 hours I was there the receptionist obviously has no patience for Asians and are just plain outright racist towards her own race. It baffles how that works. When I went back to her for a second appointment I made it a point that I wasn't speaking to her in Chinese and she started giving me a nicer attitude.

      那时候态度到没有觉得不好，只是预约的时间到了医生迟迟没到，等了个把小时；看眼睛奇快，5分钟打发走了；过几周再次visit，医生对我做了一模一样的短暂检查，说了同样的检查结果，全然不知道我这是回访，我在别处做了其他检查。一点用处都没有。从此再不去了
