    表弟2014年DA最后获得conditional discharge， 现在3年已经过去了，他去了local police station做了record check说的记录已经remove了，我们几家人准备去Floridag过圣诞节， 他过关美国会有问题吗? 他正在申请local police的fingerprints destruction，但是被告知过程需要1年。 RCMP说的是Conditional Discharge的记录3年自动消除，但是fingerprints会转入一个特别的repository。 这个fingerprint 记录还能被美国海关看到吗？

    是否有人有类似经历?
    • 根据这个说的。貌似 DA 不在之内。我不知道美加关于 Criminal Records 的共享情况。我经常去军队基地，去的时候经常要做最简单的背景调查。以前是查 5 年内记录，后来是 10 年内记录，坐等的时候，观察貌似如果有记录都能查到。 -troyd(.); 2017-10-17 (#11118187@0)
