    1 Good English listening, speaking ability;
    2 A good resume;
    3 Senior/intermediate level in C++ on UNIX
    or on Windows;
    4 Senior/intermediate level in Java/JFC/SWing/JSP/Servlet/RMI/EJB
    5 Know CORBA
    or know COM/DCOM
    6 Background in e-commerce or telecomm field

    You will get a job at most in 2 months!
