    Toronto几乎所有的医院都有meditation program, 八年多前我最早接触meditation便是在Toronto Rehab Hospital, 谢谢。

      • LOL~~~, As a Beginner, 15--30 minutes meditation everyday is good enough. It's better to do it during lunch break.
