I know many guys are in North America. But it is Wednesday today, Are you in home or on duty? If you are in your office, how can you read Chinese website and post articles? Who can tell me? Sailor?Jabber? FromeZtoA?
With IE, you can view Chinese without add-on Chinese software. To input, you need something like NJWin, Richwin, etc.
