Even some companies put powerbuilder in their employee requirements, they really hire people for some other skills. To confoirm what I said, you may go to www.thestar.com and look up its advertisements by key word "powerbuilder".
This are some chances. But you need to be very competent. You know it's an 'old' technology so there are many skilled people in the market.

Technologies such as PowerBuilder, COBOL, Delphi.... can be counted as legacy technologies. C++ is old, but is not a legacy language.
