      • 350F, 10 minutes

      • 1/2杯糖 --- should be 1/2杯糖粉!!! I use blender to blend 糖 -> 糖粉 +1
    • regular 杏仁 --> 杏仁粉
      1, Bring a small pot of water to a boil.
      2, Place your raw almonds into the boiling water. ...
      3, Drain the almonds immediately in a colander or strainer and rinse them with cold water to cool them.
      4, Use your fingers to gently squeeze the almonds and loosen the skin from them.
      5, Roast almonds at 250 F for 10 minutes
      6, Use blender, high speed to blend almond to almond flour, 2-3 Table Spoons each time
