    I have seen the post here whick said i must provide the evidence of my "income" if i want to support my fiancee to go to CA.

    Does this mean i have to get a job in CA before i can sponsor my fiancee's application??

    • i have no idea about fiancee as a family member. but if she's your wife, she still can get proved if you have no income, as long as you are canadian resident or citizen. that's their policy and what I experienced. -guest:; 2000-7-20 (#3633@0)

                  申请配偶移民怎样办？一般要多长时间？向北京申请好还是香港好？对加拿大一方有什么要求吗？

                  填担保表（移民局的网上有）寄到表格上的地址（Mississauga）等待消息，
                  等批准后，填好他们寄回来的表格，再把表格寄到北京（只能北京），然后等体检表格，再后拿签证。
                  加拿大这边的人如果是担保配偶没有什么要求，但是担保父母要有一年的工资收入。

                  谢谢JOE，我还想问一下，结婚前没有在加拿大出未婚证明，而是直接在中国用户口注册的，申请时有没有麻烦？
