    本次聚会将于2018 年3 月3 日在安省康山Thornlea 中学举行，欢迎所有北京科
    技大学（钢院）的校友，包括在北京科技大学或其附属单位（公司）学习或工作
    过的个人以及他们的家人，包括配偶，子女和父母参加。具体地址见附图。

    如何到达Thornlea中学
    从Hwy 404 的Hwy 7 出口往西，然后在Bayview Ave 往南。 Thornlea 中学位
    于Bayview Ave 的东侧，免费停车（请参阅地图了解详情）。进入咖啡厅后请登
    记并领取您的胸牌。

    报名
    因活动组织的需要，请通过以下方式提前告知我们您家有多少成人和孩子将参加
    此次活动：(1) 直接在微信 “北科大（钢院）加拿大校友群” 中注册, (2) 发送电
    子邮件到 ustb.caa@gmail.com, 或 (3) 直接电话联系： 张兵 at 905-409-8670
    或 洪海斌 at 416-357-6868.

    食物
    本次聚会活动不提供食物。每个人（家庭）都需要为自己准备足够的食物和饮
    料，并准备与他人分享。

    注意事项
    1. 收费每人5 加元（6 岁及以下免费），用于场地及活动必需品的开销。
    建议银行电子转账，也可现场支付。
    2. 不管天气如何，这次活动都会按时举行。

      Invitation
      All the USTB’s alumni including individuals who studied, taught, and/or worked at the USTB and/or its affiliated units/companies, and their families including spouses, children and parents are invited to attend this Gathering that will be held at Thornlea Secondary School, 8075 Bayview Ave, Thornhill, ON L3T 4N4 on March 3, 2018.
      How to get to Thornlea Secondary School
      From Hwy 404, exit on to Hwy 7 West, and then turn on to Bayview Ave South. Thornlea Secondary School is on the East side of Bayview Ave. Free Parking (please see the map for details) and walk into Cafeteria Room for registration and picking-up your name card.
      Pre-registration
      The pre-registration is required for the organization of the activities. Please inform us how many adults and children from your family will participate in the event by (1) 直接在微信群 “北科大（钢院）加拿大校友群” 中报名, (2) sending an e-mail to ustb.caa@gmail.com, or (3) directly phone 张兵 at 905-409-8670 or 洪海斌 at 416-357-6868.
      Food
      Due to difficulty in preparing food on site, the Gathering Event will not provide food. Everyone is required to prepare enough food/potluck and drinks for themselves and sharing with others.
      Notes
      1. $5 per person (6 years old and under free) will be collected when arriving at the site for the event necessities and costs.
      2. The event is scheduled to go regardless of the weather.
