      Any students or will-be students know that it is impossible to register before the semister starts. The registration happends AFTER the semister is open. The author of this story thought it is the same in North America as in China. What a joke!

      Hardly believe that any person grow up in China can speak so fluent English at his first time abroad. The author may never leave China! Anyone who travel aboard will realize how bad his English is, especially the oral part.


      BTW, it is completely legal to change the resident status during the education.
