    • Sometimes they give you telephone interview. They may or may not arrange interview in person. But you HAVE TO prepare, so you will perform well when you really get there.
    • Good for you!
Find out the person who called you. Then call them back. Tell them thank you for their calling, how interested you are by the position, also tell them you are the very person for this position. Try to get to know when the interview will be held, who is the interviewer, may I get to know his telephone number or email address. Try you best to get more information. Keep on contacting them. Call them again if you don't receive any call 1 day after the date he told you would have the interview.
      Good luck!
    • 谢谢饺子,feifei. I will prepare for that.
We talked on the phone for a about 10-15 minutes and he/she asked me some questions supposed wrote on the paper, the experience, strength, some industry standard, software used, etc. The last sentence is " We may contact you next week if we need a personal interview. I am just making some phone call first." 不知最后一句是托词还是觉得可以进一步面试?Angent was saying that "I will recommend you to some company" Shall I call them next week if no further call?
      • 50/50. Normally if people say yes here, it is yes. But they may not contact you if they have the other candidates. As far as agents, you should follow up with them. In theory they "work for" you, because they get money if they can "sell" you
      • For sure
        • How about the percentage of number of position vs number of personal interview?
          • haha.. it really depends. If you are good in the interview, you can get the offer out of one interview. that is 100%. Otherwise, I will say 20% is a safe number.
