Ah, that's only for the photo. :p Very experienced practitioners can keep the hand stand pose for a minute. I can't. Only 3 seconds if I'm lucky that day. :)

Talking about flexibility, I was like many other people before. Yoga helps a lot on this part. Some poses are harder than others, for sure. But I believe it's just a matter of practice.

Be patient. It's better to practise a bit each time, even for just one second, but do it everyday. Over time you will feel some progress--but better not to set a goal.

Besides yoga practise, other fitness classes are also good. Things come naturally if we have regular physical exercises.
