Double oven is useless unless you have party all the time. The best layout is range top plus single wall oven + single speed microwave oven + single steam oven,

all side by side. But this requires a huge kitchen with very long wall cabinets. My house did not have enough room so I could not do a range top but have to get a range with the oven in the bottom and then have single speed oven and single steam oven side by side.

gorgeous! There are three ovens in your kitchen. I won't say the double oven is useless. It depends on your cooking style. The double oven enable you to cook multiple items of different types. That being said,

it is more important to find one to fit your needs, budget and size of the kitchen.
That's true. We are cantonese so there has been never an instance we need to use two oven at once. I guess if you bake/grill a lot of stuffs then double oven is necessary.
