2 烤盘上放2.3 倍长的铝泊纸,放上排骨及醃料,在上面洒Montreal steak, 然后铝泊纸盖上包紧,
3, 烤箱350华氏度烤80 分钟,然后剪去盖上的铝泊纸,
4,温度升至400, 每十分钟刷一次mama Sita 及盘里的汁,洒两至三次则可出烤切条。
