    现在我基本上倾向于在加拿大生baby,目的地暂定于Montreal。因为考虑到绝大多数省份的医疗保险都要到3个月后才生效，而Quebec省的是一落地就享有，看医生就方便了。而且在找不到工作之前先读full-time的法语班，每月每人有400多元的补助，可暂缓找工的压力。我是学自动化的，太太读的是日语专业，工作并不太好找。但我们是联邦甄选的移民，申请的原目的地是多伦多。不知以上分析对我们成不成立，现在情况有没有变化（比如读带生活补贴的COFI半之类）。有哪些大哥大姐对此有经验，或建议，请务必给于答复！小弟在此先谢了！

      You may finish the landing procedure in Toronto, then you're free to go anywhere in Canada.

      You may take another flight to Montreal in the next day and apply for your SIN card, Health card, etc. in Montreal.
