you no need pay her--if some hard situation happens,just call police to come,they are very supportive you if the landlord ask illegal demands.My greedy landlaord have to give me back before them just after 5 minutes
inspection.and they will get "famous" on that street ,who lose,you see.just being a human being,it's by law country.
