a cheap townhouse (below 200000) is a better choice , but i have a concern about the quietness of the
house. I have been living about 3 different apartment buildings till now and i am always frustrated with
the noise from other tenants because the walls are not enough sound proof. Can i ask the guys who have
been lived in a townhouse, do you have the problem of noise ?
