    Responsibilities:

    Configure and administer servers running Windows NT 4 and Windows 2000.
    Administer and troubleshoot Windows backoffice such as Exchange 5.5, Outlook Web Access and SQL Server 7.
    Administration and maintenance of telecommunication system, including Nortstar Cinphony ACD, IVR, TAPI server and Norstar KSU / Voicemail systems
    Administration of VPN Server, RAS, intranet, DNS, WINS, and DHCP servers.
    Administer and maintain 3Com switches and hubs on Ethernet networks.
    Maintenance and administration of company Internet access and security using Netopia and Cisco routers.
    Daily backups of all company data using Veritas backup software.
    Responsible for antivirus software updates and maintenance on both servers and workstations.
    Implementation and maintenance of a disaster recovery plan
    Provide Help Desk support to internal end users running Windows NT, Windows 98, Windows 2000 Pro, MAC operating system, Office 98, Office 2000 and Corel office suites.
    Provide support and maintenance for fax server running Faxmaker 6.0 and File Maker Pro database software.
    Implement and Deploy software/hardware changes, upgrades and enhancements as per vendor license requirements.
    Budget proposal for department
    Responsible for all computer hardware and software testing and purchases.
    Maintain detailed records of each computer configuration including, hardware, software, and passwords.
    Maintain detail records of all software licenses/hardware and proof of purchase.
    Qualifications:

    MSCE designation
