I guess you are talking about folic acid, it's actually some kind of vitamine B, good for pregnant women. You can find it on the non-prescription section in a drug store, they should come with sealed bottles labeled folacin.

just kidding, but it might happen, make sure you differentiate this word from another word "fellatio" when you speak to attendants in drug store. I have seen some chinese from South confuse these two words, a big blooper. :)
