how to apply for EI? if i am a just newcomer without any working experience in canada so far, can i apply for the EI? 帮帮老兄吧快饿死了打工的活也难找谢谢了!!!!!!

To be applicable for EI, you should have at least 700 insured working hours within past 12 months. So newcomers are not applicable for it.

for the first time to apply E.I, you need 910 hours not 700 hours.

Please be careful apply for welfare: because we are all technical immigrants,so,if you apply for welfare,it will have neglect effect on you later ........I read an article somewhere....just as your reference
